All orders are generally processed within 1 working day of order confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery zones
We ship to Europe + UK & USA. If you are located outside these areas, please contact us to discuss delivery options.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on destination and item weight. These costs will be clearly displayed before you finalize your order.

Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier used. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Europe : [6 to 14 working days]

7. Damage and loss
We take great care to pack your items properly, but in the event of damage or loss during shipment, please contact us immediately. If an item is damaged on delivery, please retain the packaging and send us photos so that we can process a claim with the carrier.
8. Changing the delivery address

9. Non-receipt
If a parcel is returned to us for any reason related to an error in the address provided or to repeated absences during delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. You will be responsible for the cost of this new shipment.
